M&E ExecutivePlus

We are searching for an experienced M&E Executive with a proven track record of delivering commercial and/or residential projects; from pre-construction services through customer move-in.

You will ensure that project activities are carried out on schedule, clear all MEP authority inspection, and obtain TOP in a timely manner. You must have extensive experience in all areas of construction, and you must be comfortable managing multiple projects at any one time.

Duties:
  • To coordinate and supervise M&E works.

  • To coordinate and monitor design work progress.

  • To prepare progress status reports.

  • To ensure smooth and timely progress of works.

  • To ensure quality of works is achieved and complied with the standard regulations.

  • To arrange and attend inspections or meetings.

  • To assist in handover and defects management.

  • Any ad hoc tasks to support the project managers.

Requirements:
  • At least a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management of residential & commercial.

  • Able to work independently and in a team.

  • Proven track record of successful project completions and high customer satisfaction.

  • Able to manage multiple projects concurrently, with an emphasis on proper follow-up & reporting.

Personal Assistant to Director Plus

You will provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to the Director. You will work with minimum supervision and manage confidential & sensitive matters professionally.

Duties
  • Provide administrative & secretarial support to the Director.

  • Assist the Director in business-related matters (e.g., correspondence, reports, proposals) for local and overseas business.

  • Serve as interpreter at meetings, providing simultaneous interpreting.

  • Take minutes and follow-up points for the Director’s meetings.

  • Maintain good rapport with internal & external stakeholders.

  • Communicate with staff on Director’s behalf.

  • Travel with Director for business trips.

  • Manage personal tasks for the Director.

  • Any ad hoc tasks to support the Director.

Requirements
  • At least a bachelor’s degree.

  • Able to fluently read, write, & speak in both English & Chinese.

  • Able to fluently speak Shantou dialect would be an advantage.

  • Able to translate information that is contextually accurate.

  • Able to attend meetings to translate discussions.

  • Able to build relationships with all stakeholders.

  • Detailed oriented, initiative-taking, & able to multi-task.

  • Maintain integrity of confidential information.

  • Critical thinking, problem-solving & time-management skills.

  • Able to work under time pressure independently & with professional discretion.

  • Willing to travel.

  • Well-presented & professionally groomed always
