The Security Officer helps to maintain security by ensuring a safe and secure environment.

Job Duties:
  • To be alert and aware of all occurrences within the assigned premises

  • Foot Patrol and static post duty

Job Requirements
  • Possess PLRD License

Personal Assistant to Director Plus

You will provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to the Director. You will work with minimum supervision and manage confidential & sensitive matters professionally.

Duties
  • Provide administrative & secretarial support to the Director

  • Assist the Director in business-related matters (e.g., correspondence, reports, proposals) for local and overseas business

  • Serve as interpreter at meetings, providing simultaneous interpreting

  • Take minutes and follow-up points for the Director’s meetings

  • Maintain good rapport with internal & external stakeholders

  • Communicate with staff on Director’s behalf

  • Travel with Director for business trips

Requirements

Marketing Admin Executive Plus

The Marketing Admin Executive assists in the monitoring and smooth execution of the company’s projects’ marketing and sales efforts throughout the development stages of the projects.

Responsibilities
  • Brainstorm, conceptualize and implement branding & marketing campaigns

  • Develop visually compelling proposals and memorandums

  • Track & verify quotations & invoices

  • Track marketing inventories

  • Plan, organize and manage all marketing activities (e.g., events, social media)

  • Prepare weekly report of marketing activities & results

  • Conduct market research and be aware of competitor’s activities

Assistant Project Manager Plus

We are searching for an Assistant Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering residential projects; from pre-construction services through customer move-in.

You will function independently and be reporting to a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager in ensuring that project activities are carried out on schedule, within the project budget, met the design, safety, and quality standards and in accordance with authorities' requirements. You must have experience in all stages and areas of construction and be comfortable managing multiple projects at any one time.

Job Duties
  • Oversee the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of assigned projects ensuring consistency with company’s strategy, commitments, and goals.

  • Oversee development projects from the design phase through construction and completion include defect management and estate/property management.

  • Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of multiple or large-scale projects and exercise a high level of independent judgment with minimal supervision.

  • Assist in the selection and appointment of Project Consultants.

  • Coordinate and monitor Project Consultants’ design work progress and submission to and approval by local authorities.

  • Develop and submit progress status reports tracking work progress and cost, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

  • Ensure completion of project meeting the time, cost, and quality objectives.

Job Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in construction industry as a developer or consultant or builder representative and with a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mechanical and Electrical experience.

  • Proven track record of successful project completions and high customer satisfaction.

  • Able to manage multiple projects concurrently, with an emphasis on proper follow-up/reporting

  • Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin to facilitate communication with mandarin-speaking teams and levels of management

  • Solid computer skills, an excellent negotiator, organiser, and a team builder

  • Portray a professional image, while displaying a high level of integrity and professionalism when representing the company to all project related parties

As a Senior Accounts Executive, you will help process and handle finance transactions & functions, including receivables, payables, receipts, and payments (such as receipts, cheques, GIRO, letters of credit, petty cash).

Job Duties
  • Maintain full sets of accounts for multiple entities

  • Maintain account schedules

  • Issue payments with proper authorisation

  • Monitor bank account balances

  • Prepare GST return

  • Prepare bank reconciliations

  • Assist and support on internal and external queries

  • Assist in petty cash disbursements

  • Ad hoc and admin assignments

Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Accountancy preferred

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience

The Sales Coordinator assists in the monitoring and smooth execution of the company’s projects’ sales efforts throughout the development stages of the projects.

You may be based at the site during project launches.

Job Duties
  • Assist the Sales Director in sales requests & processes

  • Prepare & verify sales documentation

  • Coordinate the closing of property deals & ensure all documentation are in order

  • Prepare weekly & monthly “sales & leasing” reports

  • Plan sales team’s duty rosters

  • Distribute sales enquiries received from various marketing platforms

  • Liaise with consultants on sales requests

  • Liaise with buyers on follow-up requests

  • Compile market analysis data for reporting

  • Prepare monthly invoices for sales commission

  • Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements
