Project ManagerPlus

We are searching for an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering commercial and/or residential projects; from pre-construction services through customer move-in.

You will function as the overall Lead in ensuring that project activities are carried out on schedule, within the project budget, and met the design and safety standards. You must have extensive experience in all areas of construction, and you must be comfortable managing multiple projects at any one time. Your primary job duties include:

Job Duties:
  • Oversee development projects from the design phase through construction and completion includes potential land acquisition, feasibility analysis, design concept and implementation, coordination of start-up operations with main contractors.

  • Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of multiple or large scale projects and exercise a high level of independent judgment in the conduct of business responsibility with minimal supervision.

  • Assist in the selection and appointment of Project Consultants.

  • Coordinate and monitor Project Consultants’ design work progress, monitoring of submission to and approval by local authorities

  • Develop and submit progress status reports tracking work progress and cost, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

  • Ensure completion of project meeting the time, cost and quality objectives.

Job Requirements:
  • 7-10 years' of experience, with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably in property development or construction industry

  • Proven track record of successful project completions and high customer satisfaction.

  • Able to manage multiple projects concurrently, with an emphasis on proper follow-up/reporting

  • Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin to facilitate communication with mandarin-speaking teams and levels of management

  • Solid computer skills, an excellent negotiator, organiser and a team builder

  • Portray a professional image, while displaying a high level of integrity and professionalism when representing the company to all project related partie

Project ExecutivePlus

SingHaiyi Group Ltd has an immediate opening for Project Executive.

Job Duties

Support the Project Manager:

  • Assist on all projects issue
  • Co-ordinate and monitor Project Consultants’ design work progress
  • Track the progress of authorities’ submissions
  • Attend meetings as required and follow-up with issues raised

Construction Stage:

  • Understand project’s requirement under the contract and highlight deviations
  • Monitor construction program and progress
  • Conduct routine site inspection
  • Identify defects, quality and/or irregularities issues
  • Oversee the QAQC requirements to meet the company’s standard

Handover / Post Completion Stage:

  • Administer handover of apartment units to buyers and common property to managing agent
  • Key coordinator of the defect management team
  • Monitor & maintain proper documentation of rectification works
  • Attend to all queries & complaints
  • Build & maintain good rapport with relevant parties
Job Requirements
  • At least a Diploma in Architecture/ Civil Engineering/ Building & Facilities Management, or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years proven experience in the build environment sector
  • Keen eye for details & good construction knowledge
  • Strong communications skills
  • Knowledgeable in CONQUAS/ Quality Mark & other quality standards
  • Prior experience working under a Main Contractor would be an advantage

We are seeking a competent and capable Resident Technical Officers to join the project team for a Residential Development in Clementi area.

The role is on a contract basis, and will be based at the site. Your primary duties include:

  • Provide standing supervision for all construction
  • Enforce quality and safety control on the site

  • Work closely with the consultants to maintain good site records, contract documentation for reporting requirements

As a Sales Admin Executive, you will be actively involved with our customers at the various touchpoints: from sales to project completion and handover.

Job Duties
  • Maintain an updated database – for sales, buyers, agents' commission
  • Prepare and verify invoices
  • Monitor and follow-through on documentation and payment
  • Prepare weekly reports
  • Develop relationships with key operational contacts, both internal and external

Job Requirements

As a Finance Manager, you will oversee the daily management of accounting and financial activities of the company, while ensuring all reporting & procedures comply with the regulatory requirements. Your primary duties include:

  • Responsible for all aspects of financial and management reporting functions, and business analysis in all financial aspects, including group consolidation, cash flow, tax, and budgeting.

  • Conduct financial analysis of the performance of various business initiatives, provide analyses and commentaries on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, as well as file statutory, business statistics and other types of returns as required by the local tax and legal legislations.
  • Oversee and liaise on day-to-day operating requirements of the business, including receipts and payment requirements, and support the resolution of all potential operating issues
  • Ensure that all accounting activities comply with the group accounting policies and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (International).
  • Ensure compliance with all aspects of statutory, tax and regulatory requirements for the group of companies in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate and improve on the effectiveness and efficiency of existing accounting processes, internal controls, and procedures.
  • Support and work closely within and across departments to provide financial and management information.

Job Requirements
  • Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent
  • Qualified CA with about 4 years’ working experience in any Big 4
  • Experience in finance, accounting, tax control, legal compliance in property developer/ investment sector would be an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
  • Strong financial knowledge, including Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (International)
  • Strong knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint. Familiarity with Sun Systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Be a team player and a self-starter with good leadership skills
